How long should I leave my bins in my driveway?
We strive to have your bins cleaned by 8 pm. In the unlikely event that your bin has not been cleaned by 8 pm, one of our team members will notify you and ensure it is cleaned the next day
Will The Cleaning Process Make a Mess on my Property?
No! Our technician parks and cleans your bin on the street and our cleaning unit is designed to contain the mess and most of the excess water
Why Are One-Time Cleanings More Expensive?
One-time cleanings require individual scheduling and billing making them more intensive and time-consuming compared to continued service cleanings
Can I Substitute My Bin to Clean My Neighbour's Bin Using My Plan?
No, bin numbers are recorded and only that numbered bin will be cleaned
What if I forget to put my bin out, go on vacation, or need to change my service date?
Simple! Immediately email or call the office to reschedule your cleaning. However, we are not notified and the technician shows up to clean the bin, it will count as one cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee is $29.95 plus a $15 admin fee. Our continued services are deeply discounted and it is possible that people can take advantage of these prices and cancel their monthly or bi-monthly services after one cleaning
Can I Cancel My Continued Services?
If you are not happy for any reason, you can contact us to cancel your services and your outstanding balance will be refunded minus the cancellation fee
